BSides is not a corporate conference. If you’ve ever felt that mainstream security events are full of polished vendor pitches, expensive tickets, and surface-level talks - BSides is the opposite of that.

Security BSides is a global, independent series of cybersecurity community events, created by the community, for the community. Each city shapes its own BSides, preserving the same values everywhere: openness, curiosity, hands-on learning, and authentic knowledge-sharing.

Belgrade and the broader region have a strong security and IT community - from seasoned professionals and researchers to young people who are eager to break into the industry. What we’ve been missing is a neutral, community-driven stage to bring everyone together, exchange knowledge, and shine a light on local talent.

BSides Belgrade is built exactly for that.

This event is entirely volunteer-driven: security experts, enthusiasts, leaders, and contributors who want to build something meaningful for others. We Secure is proud to stand behind this initiative, not as a sponsor chasing visibility, but as a participant actively building the ecosystem we belong to.
