Nenad has spent more than 20 years working across cybersecurity and IT - sometimes as an architect, sometimes an advisor or builder, and when needed, the person who leads through incidents. Along the way he’s designed secure, hybrid Microsoft environments, guided cloud and identity rollouts, tightened network and data protections, and helped executives turn messy risk into clear decisions.

Today, Nenad Vijatov leads We Secure, a company focused on practical security that actually moves the needle. He’s been recognized multiple times by Microsoft’s security team for responsible vulnerability reports, and he gives back to the community through the BSides Belgrade initiative. His leadership style is straightforward: set a clear goal, give people the trust and tools to reach it, and measure what matters.

Stefan brings seven years of experience in cybersecurity, specializing in incident response, digital forensics, and SOC leadership.

As Security Operations Manager at We Secure, he directs threat defense efforts, refines detection strategies, and improves daily operations to turn alerts into quick, effective responses. GIAC-certified, Stefan combines technical expertise with calm, disciplined leadership—mentoring analysts, tuning detections, and ensuring continuous improvement through lessons learned.

He is passionate about building a culture that balances autonomy with accountability, empowering his team to solve hard problems effectively.

Dunja Majstorović is a cybersecurity professional with extensive experience leading security operations and SOC capability development in multiple enterprise environments. She has worked hands-on across detection engineering, incident response, and the development of technical security procedures, KPIs, and operational playbooks to mature cyber defense capabilities.

Dunja has deep experience in bridging technical execution with service management; defining security KPIs and SLAs, coordinating multi-stakeholder response efforts, and aligning SOC capabilities with strategic business and compliance requirements.

She has also contributed to the development of security onboarding programs and specialized trainings, including for both tech-savvy and non-technical teams.
In parallel to her industry work, Dunja lectures on offensive and defensive cybersecurity topics, including Penetration Testing, Threat Intelligence, Malware Analysis, and Incident Response.

She currently teaches at De Montfort University Dubai and has previously lectured at several prestigious universities across the UAE, sharing her real-world SOC operations and detection engineering experience to bridge the gap between academia and the cybersecurity industry.
